<p>Maintenance Manager</p> <p>Chicago, IL Region</p> <p>Direct Hire Opportunity</p> <p>Salary is up to 165k</p> <p>Must be open to working 6 days a week</p> <p>A Food Manufacturing company located in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced</p> <p>Maintenance Manager.</p> <p>What they Offer</p> <ul> <li>Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay </li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k </li><li>Life Insurance and Disability Insurance </li></ul> <p>What you will be Doing</p> <ul> <li>Successful candidate will direct all engineering efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety, and financial goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager. </li><li>Identifying and informing plant management of issues to be followed up on, and repairs that pose a potential threat to product safety or breakage/damage that could cause a food safety risk </li><li>Analyze and make recommendations for the purchase, installation, and subsequent operation of equipment that will advance projects. </li><li>Maintenance of the plant CMMS program. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. </li><li>Must have at least 3+ years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing preferred </li><li>Experience with Autocad, Capex, installation, managing people and the ability to get on the floor and do maintenance repairs. </li></ul> <p>If you are qualified and interested, please send your resume to Kristie at</p> <p>kharnish@blackrockres.com</p> <p>#LI-KH1</p>
