Mainly hospitals, schools, Universities, and Government facilities. *Non-commission based and not per diem. This is a Safety Sensitive position.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>7-10 years of commercial plumbing experience is preferred. </li><li>Must be able to read blueprints and specs and understand code. </li><li>School or Hospital construction experience is a plus. </li><li>Med Gas Certification is a plus </li><li>Journeyman License is a plus also. </li><li>Employer conducts drug screening, background checks and motor vehicle checks. </li><li>Positions may include, climbing ladders, walking/standing, lifting/pulling, and outside work with weather conditions. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Climbing up and down ladders </li><li>Push, pull and frequently carry objects as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. - Stand and walk for long periods of time. - </li><li>See and hear well with or without correction to avoid safety hazards to themselves and others. </li><li>Overtime and weekend availability, regular attendance </li><li>Work in heat and various other weather conditions </li><li>Travel to current job sites within Florida </li></ul> <p>Coastal Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace.We offer various insurance benefits to include, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 401K with partial match and others!
