<p>Senior Helpers Madison is growing and needs to add another caregiver float to our staff!</p> <p>If you are a SKILLED CAREGIVER that is looking for a full-time position with guaranteed hours, this might be the position for you.</p> <p>Senior Helpers caregivers work one-on-one with clients and independently in the clients' homes.</p> <p>Senior Helpers caregivers get the best of both worlds, work independently, yet still have the 24/7 support and guidance of our attentive and dedicated office staff.</p> <p>Even though our caregivers work independently, they are still part of the Senior Helpers Community - a unique and special place where caregivers can come for support, guidance, training, networking, FUN, and more.</p> <p>Being a float caregiver for Senior Helpers is a very important role. You are guaranteed 40 hours a week and play a large role in helping to fulfill our clients' needs.</p> <p>Come join our team and be part of something special!!</p> <p>Caregiver responsibilities/duties: (may include any of the following)</p> <ul> <li>Companionship and conversation </li><li>Light housekeeping </li><li>Walking/wheelchair assistance </li><li>Errands/Transportation of clients </li><li>Meal planning and preparation/eating assistance </li><li>Laundry and linen changing </li><li>Bathing assistance/dressing assistance/toileting </li><li>Medication reminders </li><li>Monitoring of Alzheimer's/Dementia clients </li><li>Assist client to/from bed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>You must be an experienced caregiver, with either a CNA or 2 or more years of care giving experience.</p> <p>Be able to provide reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.</p> <p>You must be available and ready to take shifts.
