<p>Guest Services Coordinator, Lodge Kohler</p> <p>Work Mode: Onsite</p> <p>Location:?Green Bay, WI</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>Provide guests with information and services in a prompt, courteous manner that optimizes guest satisfaction while contributing to the positive image and profitability of Lodge Kohler. Assist in the oversight and training of new Guest Services and Concierge associates.</p> <p>Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Make reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa and transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide guests with daily hotel tours.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with guest check in/out as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee bell stand, receiving telephone messages and taking appropriate action.</p> </li><li> <p>Valet or retrieve guest's vehicle if requested or give directions to parking areas for self-park.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and supervise organization and implementation of group luggage handling and/or storage (i.e. labeling and locking), and execute delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise execution of group transports.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and process Conference Services gratuity forms for luggage handling.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend weekly Sales/Conference Services meetings, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend pre-conference meetings on behalf of Guest Services, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the resume binder to stay informed of any group needs for the Guest Service department (amenity, luggage pulls, transportation needs, bus arrivals/departures, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with coordinating security detail as needed for events and VIP guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee marquees for accurate and organized presentation of information.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a working knowledge of all hotel properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide directions and maps, including walking trails, city map, or state maps. Also provide guest with weather or road conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise and implement group amenities.</p> </li><li> <p>Inform other shifts of daily activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with training and onboarding for new associates in Guest Services to include</p> </li><li> <p>Drivers and Guest Services Agents.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ongoing recommendations to leadership for process improvements, process enhancements, and updates on local attractions and competition.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure routine maintenance is completed on all Lodge Kohler vehicles, by scheduling appointments with selected maintenance providers.</p> </li></ul> <p>This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends, with shifts between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm.</p> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid Drivers License</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be willing to work holidays, nights and weekends.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of local areas strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to communicate written and verbally in English.</p> </li><li> <p>Guest/customer service experience is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>The hourly range for this position is $19.30 - $28.90.
