<ul> <li>Client Relationship & Account Management: </li><li>Manage large client account focusing on AI and data-driven initiatives. </li><li>Develop business opportunities within the account to achieve revenue growth goals. </li><li>Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and understanding business priorities. </li><li>Ensure overall client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns proactively. </li><li>Engage with client leadership to identify AI opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains. </li><li>Strategic & Operational Oversight: </li><li>Responsible for overall client relationship management, including stakeholder engagement and escalations. </li><li>Own P&L management for the assigned account: </li></ul> <p>a. Revenue growth and margin optimization</p> <p>b. Resource planning and utilization</p> <p>c. Business planning and forecasting</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with AI delivery teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure quality, timeline, and ROI for AI initiatives. </li><li>AI Solution Oversight & Innovation: </li><li>Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI/Generative AI projects, including PoCs and production deployments. </li><li>Ensure adoption of AI solutions aligned with client business objectives. </li><li>Facilitate workshops and co-innovation sessions to drive AI solution adoption and thought leadership. </li><li>Generic Skills: </li></ul> <p>a. Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.</p> <p>b. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influencing abilities.</p> <p>c. Strategic thinker with problem-solving, innovation, and business acumen.</p> <p>d. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence client decisions.</p> <p>e. Collaborative approach across onsite/offshore teams and client organizations.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to identify growth opportunities, meet revenue targets, and manage P&L effectively </li></ul> <p>a. Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts: LLMs (ChatGPT, GPT), Transformers, NLP, multimodal AI.</p> <p>b. Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML platforms and frameworks: VS Code Gen, Copilot, Windsurf, Codeium, OpenAI API, Azure AI, AWS</p> <p>c. Ability to translate AI/ML solutions into measurable business outcomes.</p> <p>d. Knowledge of data governance, ethics, bias mitigation, and AI compliance.</p> <p>e. Experience in AI consulting, solution delivery, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.</p> <p>f. Awareness of cloud-based AI services and scalable AI d eployment.</p> <p>Salary Range: $131,800-$210,300 a year</p> <p>#LI-KM1</p>
