<p>Description</p> <p>Are you passionate about school-based mental health and eager to use your clinical expertise and leadership to make a meaningful impact on student success? If so, consider joining the Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) Center for Mental Health as a Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team of clinicians in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to students across our partner districts.</p> <p>Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions offers education services to support child- serving institutions around early learning; the treatment of students with complex communication, behavioral and mental health needs; and prevention programming. We also offer academic interventions, direct staff placement in districts and diagnostic and assessment evaluation services.</p> <p>Being a Clinical Supervisor Has its Advantages! The Clinical Supervisor supports the delivery of high-quality mental health care for students by providing leadership, clinical consultation, and supervision to assigned school-based clinicians and graduate students. This role ensures that therapeutic services-including individual, group, and family therapy-are delivered in alignment with district contracts and school-based service standards.</p> <p>You will work with other committed professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. This program includes tuition coverage and student loan repayment, among other benefits!</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible, school-based hours (37.5 hour work week)</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive Pay ($63,000 - $68,000 per year based on experience and licensure)</p> </li><li> <p>A dynamic and supportive team environment within school settings</p> </li><li> <p>Ongoing professional development and training opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>The chance to help shape prevention initiatives and mental health strategies</p> </li></ul> <p>Duties include and are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervises clinical staff and audits documentation to ensure therapy services (individual, family, group) align with district contracts and school-based service standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Guides assigned clinicians and graduate students in implementing evidence-based, data-driven interventions. Maintains supervision records per organizational and professional standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees intake by gathering biopsychosocial data, assessing client strengths and risks, and completing timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ethical, professional, and contractual standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates collaboration between clinical staff and school personnel to ensure continuity of care through meetings and ongoing communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects and analyzes referral, length of stay, and discharge data. Reports findings to leadership for quarterly updates to district stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains a caseload and provides therapy (individual, group, family) in accordance with district contracts and productivity expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains compliance with training requirements and actively seeks opportunities for continued learning and growth.</p> </li></ul> <p>Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions offers education services to support child- serving institutions around early learning; the treatment of students with complex communication, behavioral and mental health needs; and prevention programming. We also offer academic interventions, direct staff placement in districts and diagnostic and assessment evaluation services.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION: Masters Degree required in Psychology, Social Work or related field of study.</p> <p>LICENSURE: LPC or LCSW required in the state of PA.
