<p>Eliot Community Human Services, one of Massachusetts largest non-profit agencies, is currently seeking a Distribution Services Coordinator.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalency required and at least two years of warehouse management experience preferred. </li><li>Requires experience, with power tools, warehouse and moving machinery. </li><li>Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li><li>Must have a reliable telephone notification system for emergency contact. </li><li>Basic Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Timely and effective completion of Eliot warehouse assignments including, but not limited to delivering, picking up, discarding, sorting, storing, assembling/ disassembling appliances, furniture, food, consumables and supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate Agency vehicles in a safe manner, complying with all transportation rules and regulations, including a medical card for DOT requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage electronic ticket system complete assigned tickets promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to load and unload agency vehicles, move up to 75 lbs. when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend bi-weekly meetings with facility staff as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Timely manage and resolution of all assigned work requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all warehouse areas, and any other work locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform basic handyman/ general maintenance tasks as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform moving tasks within Eliot properties, warehouse and other locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain safe, cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Pay : $28.75/hr</p> <p>Eliot is committed to identifying and dismantling barriers that prevent people with marginalized racial identities from actualizing their full employment potential, assuming leadership roles, or from fully engaging at all levels in the workplace.</p>
