<p>Client Service Representative Wilmington, DE (Onsite)</p> <p>Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm</p> <p>Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service? So are we.</p> <p>We're seeking a Client Service Representative to join our National Corporate Transactions team. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact between our clients (other businesses) and internal CSC teams-helping clients meet important compliance requirements with accuracy, efficiency, and care.</p> <p>At CSC, we empower our service professionals to resolve inquiries confidently, professionally, and quickly. CSC is the business behind business-and we're looking for someone who shares our values of quality, service, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges. </li><li>Research, review, and process corporate legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner. </li><li>Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines. </li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval. </li><li>Navigate multiple systems and databases efficiently. </li><li>Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and team performance. </li><li>Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering proactive, solutions-oriented service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or administrative support. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus. </li><li>Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for service. </li><li>Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional schedule needs based on business demand. </li></ul> <p>Note: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.</p>
