The Trade Compliance Analyst must be analytical and detail oriented, and must be knowledgeable of the regulations related to 15 CFR, 19 CFR, and associated government agencies, policies, and laws affecting international trade, principally those relating to classification, jurisdiction assignment, customs, and import/export practices, among others. This role will collaborate with internal partners to ensure the global success of the organization.</p> <p>Tasks and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The primary function of this position is to conduct appropriate research to determine, substantiate, and classify items for import and export by assigning tariff numbers using the HTS and Schedule B; and assigning jurisdiction, using the EAR. </li><li>Maintains recordkeeping requirements in accordance with applicable regulations including import/export declarations, details on product classification, and other administrative requirements as needed in accordance with regulatory requirements and/or company policy. </li><li>Supports the review process and the update of government declarations to ensure proper HTS/COO/value/ Schedule B /ECCN is declared. </li><li>Partners with Customs Brokers and both internal and external Supply Chain partners to ensure accurate and compliant declarations to government agencies while supporting corporate goals with expedited processing of import/export transactions. </li><li>Helps support the duty payment process by reviewing import declarations for accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Note:</p> <p>It is not possible to list all required job duties on this form.
