<p>Job Title: Completion Coordinator</p> <p>Department: Division of Student Services</p> <p>Reports To: Associate Registrar</p> <p>Salary: $45,000 - $48,000</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Completion Coordinator plays a central role in identifying, supporting, and guiding students to successful credential attainment. This position proactively identifies eligible students-or near eligible-for graduation with a degree or certificate and assists them through the completion process without requiring a formal graduation application. The coordinator also identifies and reaches out to former students who are close to completing a credential and facilitates their re-engagement. In addition, the position provides essential support in the Registrar's Office by managing student records and supporting various academic processes related to graduation and transfer credit evaluation</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review student records, conduct degree audits, and identify students who have met or are approaching completion of degree or certificate requirements. </li><li>Contact eligible students to facilitate completion, answer questions, and assist in resolving barriers to graduation. </li><li>Identify and outreach to former students (stop-outs) who are close to completion; assist in developing completion plans in collaboration with advising and academic departments. </li><li>Serve as a liaison to Academic Affairs for articulation agreements, ensuring accurate application of transfer credits from partner institutions. </li><li>Evaluate and process D/F Repeat and course substitution requests in accordance with institutional policy. </li><li>Evaluate and articulate incoming transcripts, determining course equivalencies and applying credit as appropriate. </li><li>Collaborate with Academic Affairs to support Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) and credit equivalency processes. </li><li>Process student-initiated changes such as program or major changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. </li><li>Maintain detailed, FERPA-compliant student records using the institution's student information system. </li><li>Assist with term-end processes, including graduation lists, credential posting, and data reporting. </li><li>Review reports to determine students who may be eligible for an associate degree, certification, or other credentials, and work with appropriate offices to remove barriers for student success </li><li>Serve as an active team member within the Division of Student Services with a focus on service, accuracy, and efficiency. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret academic records and apply institutional policies. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide supportive, student-centered service. </li><li>Proficiency with student information systems and Microsoft Office applications. </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. </li></ul> <p>Application Deadline: Open until filled.
