<p>POSITION: RBT BEHAVIORIST-EXTENDED YEAR SUMMER PROGRAM GRADES PRE K-5</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:-Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Behavioral, Education, Psychology (preferred) or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience.</p> <ul> <li>Advanced educational preparation in Special Education desired. Minimum two years of successful work in the field of ABA </li><li>RBT (registered behavior technician) certified or equivalent experience - Knowledge of Special Education programs; a willingness to familiarize oneself with Pre-K-5 general education programs. </li></ul> <p>Program runs July 1, 2025-July 31, 2025 Monday-Thursday: 8:45a.m.-12:15 p.m.</p> <p>Candidates who are enrolled in a program to become a BCBA will be considered without an RBT license.</p> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct teaching to students based on principles of applied behavior analysis </li><li>Implement behavior plans prepared and maintained by the supervising behavioral professional (e.g., BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst) </li><li>Model implementation of behavior strategies </li><li>Provide daily documentation of interactions with the identified service participant specific to the goal area for which ABA is authorized and all contacts with other providers and teachers. </li><li>Conduct interviews and direct observations with students </li><li>Conduct and implement skills assessments on individuals to develop person centered goals to increase skill competence and behaviors </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO: Director of Special Education</p> <p>SALARY: $36.00/HOUR</p> <p>PAPER APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED</p>
