This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and loading orders for delivery, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse setting, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess a commitment to efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of order fulfillment and inventory control.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately pick items based on pick ticket orders, verifying number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements. </li><li>Physically pull inventory from shelves to fulfill orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. </li><li>Pack and prepare orders for shipment, including shrink-wrapping products and assembling pallets. </li><li>Load completed orders onto delivery vehicles, ensuring safe and secure transport. </li><li>Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently. </li><li>Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and ensure correct order fulfillment. </li><li>Monitor and manage inventory levels, assisting with stock replenishment and storage organization. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of inventory and report discrepancies to warehouse management. </li><li>Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards. </li><li>Support the fulfillment machines, ensuring boxes meet material and weight specifications. </li><li>Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals. </li><li>Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Experience, Education, Certifications and Licensures:</p> <ul> <li>Previous warehouse experience preferred </li><li>Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems a plus </li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) </li><li>Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods </li><li>Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious </li><li>Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment </li><li>Good communication skills and a positive attitude </li><li>Willingness to work in chilled or varying temperature environments </li></ul>
