This role involves analyzing skill gaps, contributing to succession planning, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Data and Analytics Reporting: </li><li>Collect and analyze data to produce reports on talent development and equity initiatives. </li><li>Design dashboards to visually communicate insights to leadership. </li><li>Improve data reporting processes and ensure accuracy. </li><li>Skill Gap and Succession Planning: </li><li>Partner with HR leads to identify skill gaps and support development of strategic plans. </li><li>Provide data insights on leadership candidates and career path development. </li><li>Collaboration and Communication: </li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive inclusive initiatives. </li><li>Coordinate communications between ARG leaders and stakeholders. </li><li>Talent Council Coordination: </li><li>Serve as the primary contact for ARGs, coordinating events and initiatives. </li><li>Maintain websites and online presence of ARGs, adhering to branding standards. </li><li>Administrative and Executive Support: </li><li>Assist Talent leaders with administrative tasks. </li><li>Organize talent management documentation and ensure secure handling of confidential info. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Data Analytics, Business, or Human Resources. </li><li>Experience in data analysis and DEI consulting roles. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and strong communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic work environments. </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>First Horizon Corporation is a leading regional financial services company, dedicated to helping our clients, communities and associates unlock their full potential with capital and counsel.
