<p>Delivery Project Lead</p> <p>Senior Developer for Onsite</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Seeking an experienced Life and Annuity Senior Developer to work in Ingenium migration project. This role requires a deep understanding of the life insurance and annuity industry, excellent Ingenium skills and conversion experience.</p> <p>Years of experience needed are around 8 to 10 Years of experience</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience in Life Admin Systems Life Insurance, Annuity products </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the migration of Plan, Rates and Policies from Legacy applications. </li><li>Develop and maintain data mapping and data lineage documentation to ensure accurate data migration. </li><li>Ability to analyze data in Mainframe based application. </li><li>Prepare and execute SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading ETL processes. </li><li>Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration process. </li><li>Provide expertise in Life Insurance products, specifically Whole Life and Universal Life. </li><li>Utilize the Ingenium application and Ingenium Migration fusion tool for data migration. </li><li>Work closely with ETL development team </li><li>Conduct thorough testing and validation of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. </li></ul> <p>Certifications Needed</p> <ul> <li>Having Life insurance certifications such as LOMA will be a added advantage. </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>COBOL, DB2, VSAM, SQL </li><li>Should be strong in Ingenium. </li><li>Meetings and Reviews , Reporting and Documentation </li><li>Very well versed with tools and techniques for efficient project management and reporting </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>8 to 10 years of Experience with the Ingenium application and Ingenium migration fusion tools is highly desirable. </li><li>Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Lead in the insurance industry, with a focus on Life Insurance products Whole Life and Universal Life. </li><li>Strong knowledge of mainframe systems and experience with application migration projects. </li><li>Proficiency in SQL and experience in preparing and executing SQL scripts. </li><li>Experience with data mapping, data lineage, and ETL processes. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>About Mphasis</p> <p>Mphasis applies to next generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
