<p>Genesys Tech Lead</p> <p>The Genesys & Aspect Technology Lead / Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and leading enterprise scale contact center platforms supporting high volume, mission critical banking operations. The role requires deep hands on expertise combined with leadership in a highly regulated, security first environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Serve as Genesys & Aspect (Alvaria) SME for large-scale banking contact center platforms.</p> <p>Lead solution design and architecture for IVR, ACD, routing, and omnichannel systems.</p> <p>Participate in architecture review boards and change governance forums.</p> <p>Define standards for development, configuration, deployment, and coding best practices.</p> <p>Mentor onshore/offshore development and L3 support teams.</p> <p>Genesys Platform Responsibilities</p> <p>Design and develop solutions using:</p> <p>Genesys Framework (Config Server, Stat Server, Message Server)</p> <p>Genesys URS / Composer / IRD</p> <p>Genesys Voice Platform (GVP)</p> <p>SIP Server, T Server integrations</p> <p>Develop complex call routing strategies, IVR flows, and business rules.</p> <p>Optimize call flows for latency, scalability, and resiliency.</p> <p>Aspect / Alvaria Platform Responsibilities</p> <p>Lead development and configuration on:</p> <p>Aspect ACD / Alvaria CX</p> <p>IVR customization and call treatment logic</p> <p>Workforce integrations (WFM/WFO - scheduling, adherence integration)</p> <p>Support coexistence or migration strategies between Genesys and Alvaria platforms.</p> <p>Production Support & Stability</p> <p>Provide L3/L4 support for mission critical production issues.</p> <p>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive remediation.</p> <p>Support operations, planned releases, and emergency fixes.</p> <p>Ensure high availability, DR readiness, and capacity planning</p> <p>Salary Range- $90,000-$110,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
