Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager 3 to join our team at the Colorado School of Mines, located in the heart of beautiful Golden, Colorado. In this high-impact leadership role, you will play a key part in expanding our on-campus retail footprint and elevating the student, faculty, and guest experience across multiple locations. As the Retail Manager 3, you will oversee a dynamic portfolio of established retail concepts while also leading the launch of two brand-new locations on campus. This position requires a strategic, hands-on operator who excels in service excellence, team development, financial performance, and operational execution. You will collaborate closely with campus partners and internal teams to build an engaging, efficient, and high-performing retail environment that reflects Sodexo's commitment to quality and innovation.What You'll DoLead the opening, operations, and growth of two new campus retail locations, in addition to managing existing concepts.Oversee, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 hourly associates, fostering a positive, service-driven culture.Ensure a best-in-class guest experience with a strong, consistent focus on customer service and hospitality.Drive operational excellence through effective budgeting, cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and P&L oversight.Implement training, coaching, and performance development programs to support team success and operational consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain brand standards, support marketing initiatives, and drive sales growth.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
