Provides a description of diagnosed problems to customer in terms that can be understood with options, as possible. </li><li>Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and records. </li><li>Unclog and clean sewers and drains for customers </li><li>Keep your company truck clean (inside and out), maintain inventory, and properly complete paperwork. </li><li>Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. </li><li>Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats. </li></ul>
