Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Caltrans Permit Specialist to work for one of our large clients. By joining Jacobs, you'll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other.</p> <p>Bring your experience, ability to brainstorm and implement process in a consulting environment, and technical expertise, and we'll provide you with exciting and challenging opportunities to help you grow professionally over the course of your career.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Working directly with the client </li><li>Collect data and assemble Caltrans permit applications. </li><li>Review engineering drawings- including Traffic Control Plans, Design Standard Decision Documents (DSDDs), and Utility/Encroachment Permit Policy Exceptions for Caltrans submission. </li><li>Attend/ participate in team meetings in support of project development and to review engineering drawings with team. #LI-CC1 #epjobs #naepjobs </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years' experience (highway design, traffic operations/design/management, highway construction, and project management) with Caltrans. </li><li>2-5 years' experience working with California utility companies. </li><li>Bachelor's degree. Qualifications </li><li>Working knowledge of Caltrans specific policies, procedures, general and special provisions, and standards specifications and guidelines. </li><li>Proven experience of working directly in a consulting environment. </li><li>Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>92,200.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>140,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
