Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as a brand ambassador, using "white-glove" tactics and hyper-customized outreach to convert PhD talent into active pipelines. </li><li>Articulate complex research value propositions tailored specifically to a candidate's academic publications and technical background. </li><li>Perform technical analyses to evaluate research alignment and cultural fit before facilitating seamless recruiter hand-offs. </li><li>Manage the full high-touch candidate experience as the primary contact from initial sourcing through the final interview stages. </li><li>Meet quarterly AI hiring goals by using data to diagnose bottlenecks and partnering with leadership to optimize the interview process. </li></ul>
