<p>About this Opportunity:</p> <p>As an Assistant Vice President, Wealth Management Processing, you will lead and oversee all aspects of account processing across Orion's Wealth Management business, including transaction processing, new account setup, account maintenance, and fulfillment processing. This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence through the implementation of Six Sigma or other similar methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall advisor and client experience. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.</p> <p>For External Candidates:</p> <p>Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Berwyn, PA; or Lehi, UT.</p> <p>For Internal Candidates:</p> <p>All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.</p> <p>In this role, you'll get to:</p> <p>Lead and manage the end-to-end account processing function for each Orion Wealth Management offering</p> <p>Supervise, mentor, and develop the Directors of each business unit, ensuring consistent execution, alignment with firm strategy, fostering a culture of professional growth and accountability, and ongoing performance management</p> <p>Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and error reduction</p> <p>Deploy Six Sigma practices to improve process consistency, identify and correct error prone processes, and reduce defects across key operational activities</p> <p>Partner cross-functionally with technology, compliance, service, and trading teams to ensure alignment and execution on key initiatives</p> <p>Monitor operational KPIs, proactively address performance gaps, and report results to executive leadership</p> <p>Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies</p> <p>Oversee the implementation of new technology and operational initiatives to enhance processing efficiency and support strategic product rollouts</p> <p>Collaborate with custodial partners to streamline operational workflows and drive improvements in the end-client and advisor experience</p> <p>Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction</p> <p>We're looking for talent who:</p> <p>Has a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field</p> <p>Has a proven track record in operations leadership within a financial services or wealth management firm</p> <p>Has a minimum of 10 years of operations experience and 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a financial services or call center environment</p> <p>Preferable has Series 65, 7 and 24 licenses</p> <p>Possesses expertise in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)</p> <p>Has strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills</p> <p>Has excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</p> <p>Obtains Orion Industry Certification</p> <p>Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization</p> <p>#LI-AP1</p> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$140,935.00 - $226,905.00</p> <p>The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
