This includes overseeing functions of scheduling, chart preparation, patient registration, and collecting patient deposits.</p> <p>What you will do in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate business office employee schedules daily to ensure that assigned areas are staffed </li><li>You will be Responsible for accurate and timely completion of chart preparation, data entry, and pre-certification as required by insurance plans and collections </li><li>You will reconcile daily front office collections </li><li>Work with your nurse manager and/or nurse coordinator to ensure daily schedule is streamlined </li><li>You will maintain a blocked schedule list </li><li>You are responsible for opening and/or closing procedures of your facility based on hours worked </li><li>You will maintain a log for the center front desk petty cash fund </li><li>You serve as back up for business office positions when needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for this role:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum (2) years of experience in a medical office setting highly preferred.
