Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Finance challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead or participate in research and underwrite the creditworthiness of moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests within Equipment Finance Underwriting functional area</p> </li><li> <p>Review and research moderately complex commercial or business loan and lease requests that require an in-depth evaluation</p> </li><li> <p>Perform periodic reviews on assigned portfolio credits</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain risk ratings and other relevant data on systems of record</p> </li><li> <p>Approve loans or leases within delegated credit authority and recommend transactions in excess of that authority</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and consult with Equipment Finance Underwriting peers, colleagues, and middle level managers and achieve business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Work with internal and external business partners to gather information to make appropriate decisions</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</p> </li><li> <p>Decision-making & authority</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration & Communication</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field</p> </li><li> <p>Experience underwriting transactions and exposures in excess of $1MM</p> </li><li> <p>Financial Analysis experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working across multiple industries in an underwriting capacity (i.e. construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing, office technology, health care and technology)</p> </li><li> <p>Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Technical & Analytical Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial analysis capabilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to research, analyze, and determine creditworthiness</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain risk ratings and ensure data accuracy in systems of record</p> </li></ul>
