Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <p>Improve and coordinate patient care.</p> <ul> <li>Lead the management of complex patient care by leveraging advanced clinical knowledge, experience, and creative approaches to achieve superior patient outcomes. </li><li>Drive quality and safety improvements across the patient journey, specifically minimizing nursing sensitive measures and reducing hospital-acquired conditions to elevate patient satisfaction and education. </li><li>Coordinate seamless, high-quality care for diverse patient populations, ensuring every patient receives the most effective level of care in a cost-effective manner. </li><li>Develop and implement proactive health promotion and prevention practices for the effective management of acute and chronic illnesses, which enables appropriate lengths of stay. </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure/Certification/Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. </li><li>Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
