<p>Role: Salesforce Tech Lead</p> <p>Job Level: Manager</p> <p>Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)</p> <p>Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong experience in Salesforce technologies and This role requires the candidates to be onsite in Hartford, CT</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. </li><li>Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications ensuring best practices are followed. </li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications. </li><li>Ensure the security and integrity of Salesforce data through effective identity and access management. </li><li>Implement and maintain sharing and visibility rules to ensure data privacy and compliance. </li><li>Utilize Salesforce DevOps tools and practices to streamline development and deployment processes. </li><li>Oversee data management activities including data migration integration and quality assurance. </li><li>Develop and maintain Lightning components to improve the functionality and user interface of Salesforce applications. </li><li>Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. </li><li>Conduct regular code reviews and performance assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables. </li><li>Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Applications will be accepted until June 29, 2025.</p> <p>The annual salary for this position is between $129.000 - $152.000. depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
