<p>Pay $65,000 - $75,000 annually</p> <p>Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary treatment team. In this role, you'll help improve the lives of program participants by providing expert nutritional care, education, and support. You'll collaborate with healthcare professionals, contribute to individualized care plans, and play a key role in promoting wellness across our programs.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and assess nutritional needs of program participants on an ongoing basis. </li><li>Develop and implement individualized diet plans and menu planning. </li><li>Interpret and verify diet orders for accurate meal preparation. </li><li>Educate participants and staff on nutrition and dietary practices. </li><li>Deliver in-service training to team members. </li><li>Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with program regulations. </li><li>Coordinate the development of a recipe book for program use. </li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals on IPPs/IEPs. </li><li>Assist with departmental maintenance and supply management. </li><li>Participate in team meetings, trainings, and agency committees. </li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and mandatory abuse reporting laws. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition or related field. </li><li>New York State licensure and current registration in Dietetics-Nutrition. </li><li>Completion of all Registered Dietitian requirements as outlined by the American Dietetic Association. </li><li>Travel is required.
