With 22,000 clients, including 93% of the Fortune 100, and 32,000 employees across 28 countries, RRD brings the expertise, execution, and scale designed to transform customer touchpoints into meaningful moments of impact.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>No experience necessary, will train candidates with some mechanical experience/aptitude </li><li>This position is Full Time Second or Third Shift, will complete training on First Shift </li><li>Competitive wage based on experience $19.50-$21.00/hour plus shift differential </li><li>Looking for a trainable addition to join our pharmaceutical packaging team </li><li>Set up, adjust and operate small format folding equipment </li><li>Perform fine mechanical adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency </li><li>Run pharmaceutical inserts and outserts to strict quality standards, training provided </li><li>Will train to set up automatic bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities (power paper cutters, power collators and gatherers, power folders, power speed binder). </li><li>Inspect equipment for safety issues, customer and regulatory requirements using provided guidelines </li><li>Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine </li><li>Monitor quality, output and productivity, with appropriate guidance and instruction </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience on small folding equipment helpful but not required </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills </li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality </li><li>Knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines helpful but will train </li><li>Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock helpful but not required </li><li>Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.</p> <p>All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of both a pre-employment background and drug screen.</p> <p>RRD is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans</p>
