<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in marketing, sports management, business administration or other related field </li><li>Box office/ticketing experience, from a sports facility, convention center, or other multi-purpose public assembly facility preferred </li><li>Ability to Promote and sell group sales for selected events at both the Huntington Center and Glass City Center </li><li>Ability to work beyond normal business hours as required, based on event calendar </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) and word processing </li><li>Must be extremely organized </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with suite clients, groups sales leaders, and the general public </li><li>Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and excellent time management skills is required </li><li>Willingness to Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for processing all suite and premium tickets as well as group orders </li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external customers </li><li>Exercise confidentiality and integrity upon handling personal and financial customer information </li><li>Manage premium and group ticket inventory with box office manager </li><li>Work as a liaison to the Toledo Walleye Hockey club to ensure premium seat holders are satisfied and keep updated with renewals of accounts </li><li>Effectively Sell group tickets and maintain an accurate group sales database </li><li>Complete a Group Sales summery for events that have Group tickets sold </li><li>Provide leadership for Box Office personnel </li><li>Opens and or closes ticket window as required </li><li>Efficiently and courteously answer questions and phone calls concerning prices, seating and events and other inquires to upcoming events </li><li>Sell tickets at the Box Office window as well as assist in the lobby on event days helping guests with their mobile tickets </li><li>Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, extended (long) workdays and extended numbers of days </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.</p>
