Project Managers are responsible for the profitable execution of assigned project deliverables with a strong focus on client retention.</p> <p>Project Managers/Estimators are responsible for subcontract management and negotiations, Vendor PO's and tracking equipment, scheduling, change order management and pricing, estimating large projects, trade-subcontractors proposal qualification, close out document preparation, punch list review and assisting with day to day correspondence, job meetings and request set by the project owner.
