<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>The incumbent of this position will work under the direction of the WV Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation Director of Correctional Healthcare. This incumbent will manage and lead a team of two Health Facility Nurse Surveyors in the coordination of healthcare audits within the WV DCR facilities. This incumbent will manage the Medicaid program, as well as oversee multiple grants awarded to the WV DCR in regards to related medical programs. The incumbent will assist the Director with the reconciliation of contracted FTEs and assessment of liquidated damages, coordinate correspondence with all DCR facilities and work units regarding medical issues, and assist the Director in coordinating responses to time-sensitive issues.Correspondence and collaboration with multiple state agencies will be necessary. This incumbent will coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly data reports in accordance to the necessity of projects and requests, as well as perform analysis of said data.
