Join us!</p> <p>The Merchant Portfolio Analyst - Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of merchant payment processing solutions. This role ensures that clients are onboarded efficiently, payment processing systems are integrated successfully, and projects are completed in a timely fashion and within scope. The Merchant Portfolio Analyst-Implementation Specialist partners across the broader organization and with key vendors to drive client experience and operational excellence</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the implementation of merchant processing solutions from initiation to completion</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Portfolio Management, Integrations, Contracts, Credit, Compliance, Vendors) to drive implementations to completion</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant clients during assigned implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Work with internal partners to gather to gather required documentation during intake for client implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and submit of CIMS Implementation Request and Acquiring Solutions Intake form for assigned implementation projects</p> </li><li> <p>Complete and submit all applicable boarding templates and forms, as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Engage required resources as needed to complete tasks for a successful implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and attend implementation project meetings, as needed to ensure successful completion of assigned implementation projects</p> </li><li> <p>Track and provide updates on assigned implementation status via implementation item/record creation</p> </li><li> <p>Research, escalate, and resolve issues during implementation to ensure a timely implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with client and technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Perform post-implementation validation (auth/settle/funding/interchange/billing)</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience </li><li>3+ years Payments and Merchant Payment Processing experience </li><li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills </li><li>In-depth knowledge of merchant services </li><li>Team player with proven ability to interact and collaborate well with others </li><li>Focused on client satisfaction and client experience </li><li>Ability to influence and ensure successful outcomes </li><li>Proven ability research and resolve complex issues </li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Strong organizational skills </li><li>Demonstrated effective communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills </li><li>Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen </li><li>Ability to coach colleagues with less experience and/or knowledge, as necessary </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote </li><li>Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures </li><li>Previous Project Management experience and working with cross-functional team is a plus </li></ul> <p>Shift:</p> <p>1st shift (United States of America)</p> <p>Hours Per Week:</p> <p>40</p>
