<p>Job Description</p> <p>The Distributed Mortgage Loan Senior Closer is responsible to coordinate all of the steps of the mortgage loan closing process.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Communicate with customers, realtors, title companies, attorneys and settlement agents to schedule closings, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and obtaining any documentation required to complete the loan file</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately complete all data input into Mortgage origination system for preparation of closing documents</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure total data/document integrity</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a pipeline of working loan files to ensure loans are closed in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs), Loan Production Assistants, and other members of the fulfillment team on a daily basis</p> </li><li> <p>Review loan files and accurately completing all data input into mortgage origination system for preparation of closing documents</p> </li><li> <p>Clear "prior to fund" conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare closing instructions and TRID compliant closing documents</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Funding, Post-Closing, and Secondary marketing staff to facilitate the completion of loans and file delivery to investors or bank servicing</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain current knowledge of mortgage loan programs, procedures, and guidelines</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Work as part of a team</p> </li><li> <p>Work with on-site equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with third party agencies and vendors</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stationary position, Constantly</p> </li><li> <p>Traverse (Move About), Occasionally</p> </li><li> <p>Position objects (one person), Rarely</p> </li><li> <p>Position self to stationary objects, Rarely</p> </li><li> <p>Operate standard office equipment, Constantly</p> </li><li> <p>Grasp, Rarely</p> </li><li> <p>Repetitive Motions, Frequently</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to observe, Constantly</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate, Frequently</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements</p> <ul> <li>As Needed for training </li></ul> <p>#LI-MM1</p> <p>Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
