Our Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences in their field of interest while providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business.</p> <p>Marzetti is looking for an Intern to join the [Engineering] Team in the summer of 2025!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the development of the project(s) scope and charter </li><li>Assist with the development of Problem Statement and Risk Analysis </li><li>Closely collaborate with Project Manager to ensure Program Milestones are met </li><li>Assist with development of project timelines </li><li>Contribute with development of visual references for internal and external communication </li><li>Collaborates during decision-making process for Project Development and Implementation </li><li>Contributes during evaluation of Return of Investment (ROI) and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) packets </li><li>Assist with data collection, analysis and validation </li></ul> <p>NOURISH YOUR CAREER</p> <p>Over the course of our 12-week program, our interns will gain:</p> <ul> <li>Practical Experience: Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gain relevant experience in Sauce & Dressings Manufacturing Facilities </li><li>Professional Development: Develop your professional network by connecting with colleagues, managers, and fellow interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership. </li><li>Career Advancement: Potential for part-time and full-time employment based on your performance and the company's needs. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Engineering Variant, Program Management </li><li>Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience </li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills </li><li>Demonstrates sound judgment and applies logical thinking when creating solutions </li><li>Demonstrates curiosity and initiative </li><li>Displays a professional, positive attitude with team members </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel and Project </li><li>Basic Project and or Engineering Management skills </li><li>Planisware or similar Project Planning Tools </li></ul>
