Greet, welcome and work with customers to ensure that they have a positive experience in the</p> <p>store and that if they have a problem, it's solved before they leave; this includes the use of Ace's</p> <p>S.A.L.E.S process,</p> <p>? Possess strong knowledge of store layout and most, if not all, of the store's departments and</p> <p>services</p> <p>? Help the store achieve Ace's Pinnacle status and perform well within the outlined metrics</p> <p>provided by Ace and the store's management team</p> <p>? Use provided communication and own tools in an effort to help the team work in the most efficient</p> <p>way to best serve customers</p> <p>? Act as the store's representative when necessary and set a great example for our staff</p> <p>? Help create a positive, professional, clean and safe environment</p> <p>? Help answer associate radio pages and customer calls quickly, courteously and effectively</p> <p>? Utilize available resources to effectively solve problems</p> <p>? Pursue learning opportunities and trainings as recommended by the store's management</p> <p>team(s) and by self identification</p> <p>? Remain in touch with daily operational goals and plans as outlined by store management</p> <p>? Have an awareness of store promotions and various advertisements, promote the Ace Rewards</p> <p>Program</p> <p>? Assist with receiving, stocking and pricing of merchandise both on the interior and exterior of the</p> <p>store</p> <p>? Remain honest and communicative with customers, associates and management</p> <p>? Operate Point of Sale as necessary to be able to best serve customers</p> <p>? Other related duties as assigned</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>? High school or GED, equivalent experience</p> <p>? A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction</p> <p>? Ability to work in teams and communicate frequently, well</p> <p>? Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays</p> <p>depending on the needs of the business</p> <p>?
