You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining Sulzer Pumps' and all other manufacturers' pumping equipment while strictly adhering to customer, OEM and industry standard specifications.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assembling all types of pump equipment to customers, OEM and industry standard specifications </li><li>Disassembling equipment to gain access remove, clean and inspect components </li><li>Inspecting & recording component measurements using instruments, tools and gages and providing inspection report </li><li>Investigating and determining root cause failure </li><li>Determining proper materials for repairs as per BOM </li><li>Contouring impellers and pump casings to meet hydraulic requirements </li><li>Setting and operating dynamic balancing equipment </li><li>Performing final testing and inspections </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Analytical and interpersonal skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Extensive knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, precision measuring and testing equipment and machine shop equipment </li><li>Pump repair experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work with limited supervision </li><li>Ability to travel to and work at customer sites </li><li>Ability to work overtime </li></ul> <p>What we offer you</p> <ul> <li>15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays </li><li>401k plan with a 6% match </li><li>Comprehensive health plan including medical, dental, vision, Life, short-term & long-term disability </li><li>Motivating wellness program </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid paternal leave </li><li>Gym re-imbursement </li></ul> <p>Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
