<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Designer in Boston, MA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them </li><li>UI/UX Designer will practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals </li><li>Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions </li><li>Remain attuned to the competitive landscape, staying current on research for customer needs and trends </li><li>As a UI/UX Designer, you will support defining project requirements, user stories, success metrics and acceptance criteria </li><li>Be curious about social trends, technology and the economy* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops </li><li>Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite </li><li>Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech-bonus points if you know your way around trading </li><li>A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking </li><li>Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup </li><li>A self-starter who's curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn </li><li>Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design </li><li>Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production </li></ul>
