Visit our website for additional benefit information.</p> <p>Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2025</p> <p>Application Deadline: Open until filled.</p> <p>Description: Burlington Township School District is seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to fill the role of a 12 month administrative secretary. The secretary will play a critical role in providing administrative support to various departments within the office, including the Center for Education, Registration and Operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the school district nd to make a meaningful impact on the educational community.</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative support to district administrators, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. </li><li>Must have working knowledge of working with Systems 3000 for purchasing. </li><li>Assist with the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with district policies and procedures. </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and communications, both internal and external, and provide courteous and timely responses. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver high-quality and dynamic customer service, assisting families with school registration, enter purchase orders, and assist with residency.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and parents to support a positive and inclusive school culture</p> </li><li> <p>Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, and the community</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking educational team</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid New Jersey certification (as per specific position requirements)</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet NJ residency requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal, communication, and excellent customer service skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet New Jersey residency requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must have Systems 3000 experience.
