Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>How?you'll?make an impact?in?this role</p> <ul> <li>Develops and executes departmental policies, operational plans, and capacity strategies while managing capital, operating, and construction budgets. </li><li>Oversees daily building operations, utility and energy management, grounds maintenance, and furniture/equipment inventories to ensure safe, efficient plant functioning. </li><li>Acts as the primary liaison for remodeling and construction, managing the entire vendor lifecycle from bids and contract compliance to project execution and system shutdowns. </li><li>Establishes a safe work environment through audits and training, ensuring strict documentation and compliance with local, State, Federal, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. </li><li>Leads and mentors staff and contract labor, overseeing scheduling, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and operational excellence. </li><li>Serves as an organizational change agent to drive process efficiencies while maintaining strong communications with internal leadership, external partners, and regulatory agencies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Six years of experience in facilities management, physical plant operations, or building maintenance for a large facility </li></ul> <p>#MFMBM</p>
