These values - integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion - must guide what we do, as individuals and professionals, every day.</p> <p>The FF&E Coordinator I supports project teams by assisting with furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This entry-level role focuses on basic planning, vendor coordination, and documentation tasks under supervision.</p> <p>The FF&E Coordinator I reports to the Director, Facilities Program Operations, with a dotted line report to Lead of FFE/Activation.</p> <p>EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Handle Facilinet furniture and move requests. </li><li>Obtain quotes for furniture & equipment and assist with procurement activities. </li><li>Support planners with Trimble processes and documentation. </li><li>Assist in managing project closeouts, including final invoices and details. </li><li>Create and maintain project lists and budgets for user & project manager review. </li><li>Work with Project Managers throughout project phases. </li><li>Identify items in AST to reduce inventory and optimize purchasing costs. </li><li>Attend key planning, design, and construction meetings. </li><li>Maintain awareness of vendor contracts and client objectives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree preferred; equivalent work experience acceptable. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable setting. </li></ul> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Basic understanding of FF&E processes and project workflows. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>ACCOUNTABILITY</p> <ul> <li>Consistently demonstrates the values of integrity, patient-centered care, respect, accountability, and compassion. </li></ul> <p>SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively.
