<p>TP-Link Systems Inc. is currently seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who will coordinate and deliver impactful development programs. This role supports program design, logistics for in-person training, and content creation. Expertise in Workday LMS and advanced PowerPoint skills are essential. At TP-Link Systems Inc, we are committed to crafting dependable, high-performance products to connect users worldwide with the wonders of technology.</p> <p>Embracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Program Support & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and technical training. </li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs. </li></ul> <p>Project Management</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage end-to-end learning projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and post-program evaluations. </li><li>Develop project plans, track milestones, and proactively identify risks or roadblocks to ensure successful delivery. </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to support program execution and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Workday LMS Administration</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Learning, managing course creation, enrollment, reporting, and troubleshooting. </li><li>Maintain accurate training records and generate analytics to measure program effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Training Logistics</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions, including venue booking, materials preparation, catering, and AV setup. </li><li>Provide on-site support to ensure smooth execution of live training events. </li><li>Serve as technical producer for online virtual training sessions. </li><li>Maintain the L&D calendar and manage the department inbox to ensure timely support for learners </li></ul> <p>Content Development</p> <ul> <li>Design and enhance training decks, job aids, and visual materials using advanced PowerPoint skills. </li><li>Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly formats. </li></ul> <p>What The Job Requires</p> <ul> <li>Primarily office-based with extended periods of computer and desk work, using standard office equipment. Requires the ability to sit or stand for long durations with occasional light physical activity. </li><li>Minimal travel may be required for occasional meetings, training, or conferences. </li></ul>
