Communicate changes to manufacturing personnel. Assure that unique training requirements are met. </li><li>Continuously work to improve manufacturing methods, efficiency and product quality. </li><li>Specify and provide all necessary tools, equipment, and fixtures, and facilities required for assigned product line. </li><li>Assists in maintaining existing mechanical and electrical test fixtures and update work instructions as required. </li><li>Develop and validate processes for manufacturing. </li></ul> <p>What we Expect:</p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of manufacturing methods / processes, procedures and cost-reduction techniques (i.e. DFM, Lean, VAVE, Six Sigma, etc.). </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot Electromechanical, Pneumatic and Software systems. </li><li>Ability to conduct manufacturing research and implement effective resolutions based on findings. </li><li>Knowledge of project management techniques. </li><li>Knowledge of IPC standards (electrical) and ANSI, GDT (mechanical). </li><li>Ability to use problem-solving tools (SPC, TQM, etc.) to optimize processes. </li><li>Ability to develop and carry out corrective action plan interfacing with multiple groups when required. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate ideas and approaches in the form of proposals, plans and presentations. </li><li>Ability to handle and manage multiple projects and coordinate the work of others. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or other Engineering discipline. Experience in Manufacturing may offset the educational requirement. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing Engineering capacity. </li></ul> <p>The annualized base salary range for this role is $76,800 to $120,100 and is bonus eligible.
