<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the outlet according to department policies and procedures.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains outlet cleanliness including but not limited to tables and trays, sweeping floors, keeping the area free of debris and emptying trash </li><li>Sets up and maintains guest condiment areas for stock and cleanliness </li><li>Returns trays to the individual outlets </li><li>Performs side work and opening/closing duties, as directed by management </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Communicates outlet inventory needs and furniture/fixture maintenance problems to management </li><li>Relates to guests and provides information regarding casino amenities and events, as needed </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous guest service experience </li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills </li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Proficient in outlet operations and standards of service </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Outlet-specific standard operating procedures </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to bend and stand for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work in a fact paced environment with frequent interruptions </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
