The BH Practice Manager will spend three days per week on our Stamford BH site and two days on our Bridgeport BH site.</p> <p>Position Highlights:</p> <p>Responsible for managing all aspects of office management including but not limited to authorization, registration, billing, and collection of statistical data. The Practice Manager will be cross trained in all clerical and support functions, including registrar and administrative assistant, and will provide back-up support in these areas as needed. Will perform special tasks requested by the Director.-</p> <p>ADDITIONAL GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position. Familiar with the services offered at DMHAS and DBBHC, familiar with the neighborhoods, services, and community at large.</p> <p>EDUCATION: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE: Experience with Behavioral Health office management, particularly in a healthcare setting. Typing and computer skills; strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary staff.
