<p>We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This person will be an active contributor to a high-performing engineering team, helping us build great features and ship high-quality software that solves real customer problems. You'll bring curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset, and you'll grow your impact over time through strong execution, ownership, and communication.</p> <p>We know that great engineers come from many different backgrounds. If you're excited about this role, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with your team to build and improve product features across our platform </li><li>Write clean, testable, maintainable code that's ready for production </li><li>Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning sessions </li><li>Learn our architecture and platform, starting with a few areas of focus and growing broader over time </li><li>Contribute to a motivated, positive team environment by bringing curiosity, energy, and support for your teammates </li><li>Receive and offer feedback as part of a culture of continuous improvement and learning </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Typically 2-5 years of experience in professional software development, but we care more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it </li><li>Demonstrated ability to contribute to production systems with quality and consistency </li><li>Familiarity with backend (Node/TypeScript), frontend (React), and/or cloud-based architectures (AWS) - we don't expect you to know all three, but some experience helps </li><li>A growth mindset - you're eager to learn and improve, and you seek out opportunities to do so </li><li>A team-first mentality - you collaborate well, are willing to ask for help, and love to support others </li><li>Motivation to build meaningful software and ship it to real customers </li><li>At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship now or in the future. </li></ul>
