This individual will effectively communicate and co-ordinate across teams for requirement gathering, documentation for various order management solution and projects focusing on Active Omni order management system including SIF (Store Inventory Fulfillment) and SIM (Store Inventory management).</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Monitor and support the execution of fulfillment orders across the eCommerce/CSR/omni channel network, including a broad scope of Stores and DC. </li><li>Determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required. </li><li>Participate as a team member responsible for delivering business requirements documentation, process flows, functional specifications and system design and requirement documentation. </li><li>Participate in tests, including system, integration, and customer acceptance, for modified and new systems </li><li>Quantify, research and articulate ship-to-home, ship-to-store and buy-online-pickup-in-store order issues. </li><li>identify and communicate areas for improvement and help develop, test, and implement improvements </li><li>Identify/resolve/document process gaps </li><li>Focuses on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analysis for review by experienced team professionals. </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience is required </li><li>8+ years of professional career experience in IT analytics </li><li>7+ years with Order and Inventory Management systems (order allocation, fulfillment & inventory management) in a multi-channel environment. </li><li>5+ years of Manhattan Order Management (DOM 2015/ Manhattan Active Omni) </li><li>5+ years with UNIX, SQL and Integration concepts. </li><li>5+ years of Java and Java Script </li><li>Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Good understanding of Relational Databases and SQL query fundamentals to support required data analysis </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, etc.) </li><li>Ability to collaborate with other Supply Chain, E-Commerce technology teams, and Business Partners </li><li>Understand, document, and influence procedures and best practices around order management and related processes including communications with both the internal teams and external vendors </li><li>Experience using REST and SOAP services in enterprise applications is preferred </li><li>Experience with Google dataflow </li><li>Require understanding of Manhattan Order Management functionality and OMS systems configuration and Omnichannel business processes and ability to merge expectation with technical goals </li><li>Experience using JIRA and agile development is a plus </li><li>Experience with cloud-based enterprise solution is a plus </li><li>Monitor and analyze key operating metrics and assist in development quality assurance maintenance & testing </li><li>Strong analytical, and communication skills are required </li><li>Self-assured and confident with a professional approach; willingness to learn, and motivated to succeed and grow </li><li>Understanding of Retail business, various selling channels, Inventory and Fulfillment. </li><li>Understanding of the end-to-end Order flow </li></ul> <p>If you see yourself in this role, but fall short in any areas above, apply anyway! The starting salary for this position is $122,700 - $150,000 and may increase to $170,446 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy.
