<p>Quality Control Administrator $2,500 Sign-on Bonus 1st shift available Weekly Pay Overview Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Quality Control Administrator who will support the Tank and Enclosure Division by maintaining accurate quality records, coordinating documentation, and assisting with quality processes across all manufacturing areas. This role ensures all inspection data, non-conformance reports, and QC records are properly organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible to support production, engineering, and management. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize quality documentation, including inspection records, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Assist quality inspectors and production teams by preparing forms, logs, and checklists according to SOPs and drawings. Track and report on quality metrics, including non-conformance counts, inspection completion, and rework trends. Support root cause investigations and corrective action processes by compiling relevant records and data. Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure timely documentation of inspections and NCs. Assist in preparing reports for management review, customer reporting, and audits. Ensure quality records are stored accurately and securely for traceability and compliance. Help maintain calibration logs, inspection schedules, and other administrative quality functions. Minimum Education High School Minimum Years of Experience 0-2 Specific Qualifications Required Skills & Abilities High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in quality, engineering, or administrative field preferred. Experience in administrative support, document control, or quality systems within a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Good communication skills for collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams. Familiarity with drawings, SOPs, and basic quality processes preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and perform computer-based tasks for extended periods. Ability to retrieve and file documents from storage areas as needed.
