<p>Description</p> <p>Shopbop is seeks a versatile Stylist with a strong fashion eye and a deep understanding of product construction, prop styling, and designer brands across women's and menswear. This role focuses on styling accessories, footwear, handbags, and off-model apparel in our Madison, WI photo studio, working with trend-forward product to deliver elevated, accurate, and brand-right imagery.</p> <p>Key job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Execute compelling off-figure styling for fashion shoots across Shopbop platforms </li><li>Maintain efficient shoot organization, ensuring prioritization of key items and completion of all required views </li><li>Style according to Shopbop's aesthetic, incorporating designer vision, buyer requests, seasonal style guides, and performance data </li><li>Collaborate with Photographers and creative leads to create both informational and inspirational imagery </li><li>Serve as an on-set product knowledge resource regarding brands, construction, and styling </li><li>Contribute to the evolution of Shopbop's styling direction and brand voice </li><li>Support cross-departmental initiatives within Creative Operations as needed </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of current fashion trends, brands, and market positioning </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Superior organizational and time management skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities </li><li>Deep knowledge of styling principles, construction, and technical details </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related field </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of styling experience in editorial, e-commerce, or relevant retail environment </li><li>Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite </li><li>Flexibility to cross-train in other Creative Operations roles </li><li>Experience with off-figure/still life styling </li><li>Portfolio demonstrating strong styling perspective </li></ul> <p>Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.</p> <p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $101,900/year in our highest geographic market.
