Join us in growing all aspects of our business while embodying these values.</p> <p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>Field support ensures that our Parts and Service Managers have the needed tools and support to navigate day to day challenges and implement and follow JX operational best practices. Field support includes, but is not limited to aiding with aging inventory (in conjunction with the Purchasing team), training new managers, creating and fostering training at the JX Parts Academy, completing audits of JX locations, ensuring adherence to best practices, and aiding in support of branch functions to ensure we're creating positive experiences for our internal and external customers.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Honor Commitments:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure timely and accurate rollout of process changes to our Parts and Service managers, ensuring communication of new tools or process improvements. </li></ul> <p>Create Positive Experiences:</p> <ul> <li>Initiate and maintain relationships with operations oriented leadership in the field, working with our Parts, Service and Operations Managers to implement and train on JX best practices. </li></ul> <p>Foster Lifelong Learning:</p> <ul> <li>Work with key personnel to identify and develop technological or other solutions to simplify and improve the accuracy of operational processes. </li></ul> <p>Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit:</p> <ul> <li>Investigate and recommend technological and process-driven changes to improve productivity and profitability within the organization. </li><li>Assist with Parts and Service Managers with navigating their way through operational and process challenges, reviewing and suggesting new or innovative solutions that can aid JX globally. </li></ul> <p>Demonstrate Good Stewardship:</p> <ul> <li>Aid in ensuring branch locations are leveraging best practices, watching and monitoring progress through reporting and branch location audits. </li></ul> <p>Other Duties as Assigned:</p> <ul> <li>Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting business objectives. </li></ul> <p>The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principle and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.</p> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
