Join our team to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives while growing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) to join our team as Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Managers. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy, group therapy, and collaborative care management to residents in need.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of residents. </li><li>Facilitate collaborative care management by coordinating with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other team members. </li><li>Address the mental health needs of residents with chronic severe mental illness, substance use disorders, depression, and major neurocognitive disorders. </li><li>Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities. </li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in an electronic medical records (EMR) system. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current LSW or LISW licensure in OH. </li><li>Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution preferred but not required. </li><li>Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with chronic severe mental illness and major neurocognitive disorders. </li><li>Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems. </li><li>Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (preferred). </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Supervision provided to support LSWs in obtaining independent licensure. </li><li>Opportunities for ongoing education and professional development. </li><li>Flexible scheduling options for part-time and full-time positions. </li><li>Be part of an innovative, patient-focused care team. </li></ul>
