In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and nurture relationships within the Frederick County community, educating families on meaningful pre-planning and memorialization options.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct professional presentations and tours of our cemetery and funeral facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide families with care and empathy through the selection of cemetery property, merchandise, and related services.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete all contracts and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using our robust CRM tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively prospect and generate leads daily through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, mailers, seminars, and participation in community events.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver outstanding customer service rooted in empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Require</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Current Maryland Funeral Director License (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Valid drivers license and clean driving record</p> </li><li> <p>Reliable transportation with an active drivers license and clean driving record</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to funeral and cemetery operations</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <ul> <li>$60,000 $125,000+ </li></ul> <p>Weekly Salary Pay + Performance Pay (Commission Structure) with unlimited earning potential.
