<p>The Sales Lead reports to a Store Manager and is instrumental in the achievement of business goals of sales, and service. The Sales Lead is a high performing member of the store team. The Sales Lead is a customer centered, friendly, attentive, productive, self-starter with a passion for retail.</p> <p>A day in the store looks like this: As part of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our customers providing an unforgettable experience-all in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment that allows you to showcase your people skills and develop operational expertise.
